Jewelry Bonney and the Bonney Pirates

One of the defining themes of OP-07 is Jewelry Bonney and her pirate crew.

Bonney is one of the Worst Generation / Supernovas, making her an important character for collectors who follow the newer generation of One Piece pirates.

The expansion gives Bonney considerably more representation within the card game, making OP-07 500 Years in the Future particularly interesting for collectors building Supernovas-themed collections.

The Egghead Storyline

OP-07 is closely associated with characters and themes from the later One Piece storyline, including elements surrounding Egghead.

This gives the set a noticeably different identity from early expansions such as OP-01 ROMANCE DAWN and OP-02 Paramount War.

For collectors following the progression of One Piece from its earliest adventures into the New World and later storylines, OP-07 represents an important stage in that evolution.

Boa Hancock and the Kuja Pirates

The Kuja Pirates are another major theme represented in 500 Years in the Future.

Boa Hancock, one of the most recognizable characters in the One Piece universe, receives representation within the set alongside other Kuja-related cards.

Her inclusion adds strong collector appeal because Hancock remains one of the most popular characters in the series.

Supernovas

The Supernovas continue to be an important part of OP-07.

Jewelry Bonney is particularly significant because of her position among the Worst Generation, while other cards expand the available strategies for Supernovas-related decks.

For collectors, this means OP-07 is not simply an Egghead-themed product; it also contributes to one of the major recurring groups in the One Piece Card Game.

A Different Kind of One Piece Expansion

The earlier OP sets often focused heavily on specific major conflicts or established story arcs.

500 Years in the Future takes a different approach by bringing together characters connected to newer story developments alongside established favorites.

This creates a card pool with a mixture of:

• Supernovas

• Bonney Pirates

• Kuja Pirates

• Egghead-related characters

• Amazon Lily themes

• Other One Piece factions

That variety gives sealed OP-07 boxes appeal for both collectors and players.

Japanese One Piece Card Game

This listing is for the Japanese version of OP-07 500 Years in the Future.

Japanese booster boxes are ideal for collectors building an original-language One Piece Card Game collection and for customers looking to collect the numbered OP expansions in sequence.

The official ONE PIECE CARD GAME website identifies 500 Years in the Future [OP-07] as an official booster set and includes it in the game’s official card-set Q&A database.

Collecting OP-07

For collectors, OP-07 is an important release because it sits after:

OP-01 — ROMANCE DAWN
OP-02 — Paramount War
OP-03 — Pillars of Strength
OP-04 — Kingdoms of Intrigue
OP-05 — Awakening of the New Era
OP-06 — Wings of the Captain
OP-07 — 500 Years in the Future

This makes a sealed Japanese OP-07 booster box a natural addition to a chronological ONE PIECE CARD GAME collection.
