Monkey D. Luffy ST29-001

ST29-001 Monkey D. Luffy is a Yellow Leader with 5000 power and 6 Life. The card uses a special artwork associated with ONE PIECE Magazine Vol.21 rather than the standard artwork used on regular releases.
