Ninja Spinner Booster Box Japanese M4 | Mega Greninja ex

The Ninja Spinner booster box is the Japanese M4 expansion in the Pokémon Card Game MEGA series. Released in Japan on March 13, 2026, the set puts Mega Greninja ex at the center of a new wave of Mega Evolution cards. The official Pokémon Card Game website confirms that each Japanese booster pack contains 5 randomly inserted cards and has an MSRP of ¥180 per pack.

Official Pokémon Card Game — Ninja Spinner M4

Mega Greninja ex Takes the Spotlight

The defining Pokémon of M4 Ninja Spinner is Mega Greninja ex.

Greninja is one of the most recognizable Pokémon from the Kalos region, and its return as a Mega Evolution gives this expansion a strong collector appeal. The official Pokémon Card Game page highlights Mega Greninja ex as the main Pokémon of Ninja Spinner and showcases its signature Shuriken-themed attack.

Mega Greninja ex also introduces an interesting gameplay mechanic: its ability can place 6 damage counters on an opponent’s Pokémon by discarding a Basic Water Energy from your hand.

A Water-Focused Mega Evolution Set

Ninja Spinner builds much of its identity around Water Pokémon and Mega Greninja ex.

The official set information highlights the Froakie → Frogadier → Mega Greninja ex evolution line, giving collectors the opportunity to collect the complete line within the same expansion.

The set also includes cards designed to support Water-based strategies, including Abundant Net and Bubble Water Energy.

Mega Florges ex

Ninja Spinner isn’t limited to Mega Greninja.

Another featured Mega Evolution is Mega Florges ex, which introduces a very different play style from the set’s Water-focused cards.

Its Gentle Light attack restores HP to Pokémon on both sides of the field, while Eternity Bloom can deal 200 damage and help prepare a Benched Pokémon by attaching Energy.

This gives collectors another distinctive Mega Evolution to chase beyond the set’s headline Pokémon.

New Pokémon ex

M4 also introduces several Pokémon ex outside the main Mega Greninja theme.

The official Pokémon Card Game website highlights:

• Pumpkaboo ex

• Cobalion ex

• Mega Florges ex

• Mega Greninja ex

Pumpkaboo ex has an attack that increases its damage based on the number of your Benched Pokémon with damage counters, while Cobalion ex can attach Steel Energy to itself when moving from the Bench into the Active Spot.

These mechanics give M4 a varied card pool for both collecting and gameplay.

Supporting Cards for Mega Greninja ex

Several cards in Ninja Spinner work particularly well with Mega Greninja ex.

Abundant Net allows players to return up to three Water Pokémon and up to three Basic Water Energy from the discard pile to the deck.

The official Pokémon Card Game website specifically identifies this card as a strong partner for Mega Greninja ex and its Shuriken ability.

Bubble Water Energy is another notable addition. It provides one Water Energy and prevents the attached Water Pokémon from being affected by Special Conditions, while also removing existing Special Conditions.

A Broader Mega Evolution Collection

M4 follows the earlier Japanese Mega Evolution releases:

• M1L — Mega Brave

• M1S — Mega Symphonia

• M2 — Inferno X

• M2a — MEGA Dream ex

• M3 — Munikis Zero

• M4 — Ninja Spinner

The official Pokémon Card Game MEGA series listing places Ninja Spinner alongside these earlier expansions as part of the continuing MEGA series.

For collectors building a chronological Japanese Mega Evolution sealed collection, M4 is the next major expansion after M3.

30 Japanese Booster Packs

A sealed M4 Ninja Spinner booster box contains:

• 30 Japanese booster packs

• 5 cards per pack

• 150 cards per box

The official Japanese product information confirms the five-card pack configuration and random card insertion.

Because the cards are randomly inserted, opening a sealed box does not guarantee Mega Greninja ex, Mega Florges ex, Pumpkaboo ex, Cobalion ex or any particular high-rarity card.

March 2026 Japanese Release

Ninja Spinner officially released in Japan on March 13, 2026.

The official Japanese MSRP is ¥180 per booster pack.

The release is therefore positioned between M3 Munikis Zero, released January 23, 2026, and later 2026 Mega-series expansions.

This listing is for the Japanese M4 Ninja Spinner booster box.

The product is:

• Japanese-language Pokémon TCG

• M4 expansion

• Factory sealed

• 30 booster packs

• 5 cards per pack

• Part of the Pokémon Card Game MEGA series

The official Pokémon Card Game website confirms the product details and Japanese release date.

Why Collect Ninja Spinner?

Ninja Spinner M4 gives collectors a combination of one of Pokémon’s most popular ninja-themed Pokémon and the continuing Mega Evolution storyline.

Mega Greninja ex is the obvious centerpiece, while Mega Florges ex, Pumpkaboo ex and Cobalion ex add variety to the set.

For collectors building a Japanese Mega Evolution booster box collection, M4 Ninja Spinner is an important 2026 release and a natural continuation of the M1–M3 Mega series.
