OP-04 Kingdoms of Intrigue Booster Box Japanese | One Piece

The OP-04 Kingdoms of Intrigue Booster Box takes the ONE PIECE CARD GAME into several storylines built around kingdoms, powerful pirate crews and characters caught in major conflicts. The expansion includes themes connected to Alabasta, the Animal Kingdom Pirates, Dressrosa and the Big Mom Pirates, giving the set a much broader character mix than its title might suggest.

The official ONE PIECE CARD GAME database confirms cards from OP-04 including Igaram, Queen, Ulti, Page One, Crocodile and Ice Oni, while the official OP-04 rules database provides card-specific rulings for the set.

Official ONE PIECE CARD GAME: OP-04 official card information

Alabasta Returns

One of the key themes in Kingdoms of Intrigue is Alabasta.

The set revisits characters and events associated with the Alabasta storyline, giving collectors another opportunity to find cards connected to one of the earliest major kingdoms featured in One Piece.

The official OP-04 card rulings include Igaram OP04-002, whose effect specifically searches for an Alabasta type card.

This Alabasta support gives the expansion a strong connection to the original One Piece story.

Crocodile

Crocodile is one of the major characters represented in OP-04.

The official card database identifies OP04-058 Crocodile as a Leader and provides rulings for his effect. His inclusion reinforces the set’s Alabasta connection and makes the expansion particularly interesting for collectors of the Baroque Works storyline.

Animal Kingdom Pirates

OP-04 also moves into the world of the Animal Kingdom Pirates.

Cards such as Queen, Ulti, Page One and Ice Oni are represented in the expansion, connecting the set to the Wano storyline and Kaido’s crew.

This gives OP-04 a distinctive combination of Alabasta and Wano-related cards.

Queen

Queen OP04-040 is one of the notable Leaders in the set.

The official rules database lists Queen’s Leader effect and confirms that the card interacts with Life cards, hand size and Characters costing 8 or more.

Queen is therefore both a recognizable character card and an important part of the OP-04 gameplay environment.

Ulti and Page One

The Animal Kingdom Pirates theme continues with Ulti OP04-043 and Page One OP04-053.

Ulti’s effect can return a low-cost Character to its owner’s hand or place it at the bottom of the deck, while Page One interacts with Event activation and card cycling.

These cards give the expansion additional depth for players interested in building Animal Kingdom Pirates strategies.

Ice Oni

Ice Oni OP04-047 and Plague Rounds OP04-055 introduce another distinctive element to the set.

The official OP-04 rulings explain how Ice Oni interacts with Characters during battle and how Plague Rounds can move Characters and bring Ice Oni back from the trash.

These cards reflect the darker Wano storyline represented within the expansion.

A Diverse Character Pool

What makes Kingdoms of Intrigue particularly interesting is the variety of One Piece factions represented throughout the set.

Instead of centering on one single crew, OP-04 brings together characters associated with different story arcs and groups. That makes opening a sealed box useful for collectors chasing particular characters as well as players looking for new deck-building options.

Early OP-Series Collectible

OP-04 follows the first three major Japanese expansions:

OP-01 — ROMANCE DAWN
OP-02 — Paramount War
OP-03 — Pillars of Strength
OP-04 — Kingdoms of Intrigue

This places OP-04 firmly within the early generation of the ONE PIECE CARD GAME.

For collectors assembling sealed Japanese OP-series products in numerical order, OP-04 Kingdoms of Intrigue is an important addition.

Japanese ONE PIECE CARD GAME

This listing is for the Japanese version of OP-04.

Japanese One Piece booster boxes are particularly suited to collectors who want original-language products from the early releases of the game. The official card database maintains OP-04 card information and individual rulings for the expansion.
