Single Strike Urshifu V Promo

The centerpiece of the Premium Trainer Box ICHIGEKI is the special-art Single Strike Urshifu V included in the box.

The ICHIGEKI version was designed around the Single Strike battle style introduced during the Sword & Shield era. The official Pokémon product announcement specifically identifies the specially illustrated Single Strike Urshifu V as one of the featured cards inside the box.

This makes the product especially relevant to collectors looking for Japanese Single Strike-era Pokémon cards.

15 Ichigeki Master Booster Packs

The box includes 15 Japanese Ichigeki Master booster packs.

Ichigeki Master is the Japanese expansion associated with the Single Strike Pokémon introduced during this period. Each booster pack contains 5 randomly inserted cards.

That means the sealed Premium Trainer Box contains:

• 15 Ichigeki Master packs

• 75 randomly inserted booster-pack cards

• Additional fixed cards and accessories

The booster packs are factory sealed inside the original product.

157 Included Cards

Beyond the booster packs, the Premium Trainer Box contains 157 additional cards covering 34 different card types.

The official Pokémon Card Game product information states that these include Pokémon, Trainer cards, Special Energy and Basic Energy.

The ICHIGEKI box specifically includes cards such as:

• Special-art Single Strike Urshifu V

• Single Strike Energy

• Galarian Gym

• Electrode

• Dedenne-GX

• Professor’s Research

• Boss’s Orders

• Quick Ball

• Pokémon Communication

• Turbo Patch

• Air Balloon

• Twin Energy

The box also includes 12 copies of each type of Basic Energy.

Built for Single Strike Decks

The Premium Trainer Box ICHIGEKI was designed to give players a substantial selection of cards for building and upgrading Pokémon TCG decks.

The inclusion of Single Strike Energy, Trainer cards, Pokémon and Basic Energy makes the product more than a simple sealed collection item. It was originally intended as a premium way to begin playing with the Single Strike mechanic.

For collectors today, that original deck-building purpose also makes the box a snapshot of the Japanese Sword & Shield competitive era.

Premium Battle Accessories

The box contains several accessories designed for Pokémon TCG gameplay.

Included accessories are:

• 1 Pokémon card storage box

• 1 Pokémon coin

• 1 acrylic damage-counter set

• 1 damage-counter case

• 1 premium Poison marker

• 1 premium Burn marker

The official product announcement confirms the acrylic damage counters consist of 6 × 100-damage counters, 8 × 50-damage counters and 20 × 10-damage counters.

Premium Storage Box

The original Premium Trainer Box ICHIGEKI comes with a dedicated card storage box.

This allows the included cards and booster pulls to be stored together while maintaining the original product presentation.

For sealed collectors, the storage box is part of the original contents and should remain inside the factory-sealed product.

Single Strike Era Collectible

ICHIGEKI represents one half of the major Single Strike / Rapid Strike product releases from early 2021.

The Pokémon Card Game officially released both:

• Premium Trainer Box ICHIGEKI

• Premium Trainer Box RENGEKI

Both were released on January 22, 2021 at the same ¥4,950 MSRP.

The ICHIGEKI version is the one built around the Single Strike style.

Japanese Sword & Shield Product

This is an original Japanese Pokémon Card Game Sword & Shield product.

The Japanese release is particularly interesting to sealed-product collectors because it contains the original Japanese Ichigeki Master packs and Japanese-language cards rather than an English-language adaptation.

The official Pokémon Card Game chronology places Ichigeki Master and Rengeki Master among the major Japanese Sword & Shield-era expansions released in 2021.

Why Collect Premium Trainer Box ICHIGEKI?

The Premium Trainer Box ICHIGEKI combines several desirable Sword & Shield-era elements in one sealed product:

• Special-art Single Strike Urshifu V

• 15 Japanese Ichigeki Master booster packs

• 157 included cards

• Single Strike Energy

• Trainer and Pokémon reprints

• Premium damage counters

• Original Japanese storage box

• Pokémon coin

• Premium status markers

For collectors building a Japanese Sword & Shield sealed collection, this is an important Single Strike-era product and a distinctive alternative to simply collecting Ichigeki Master booster boxes.
